"I was tired of getting overcharged and always trying to get past artificial intelligence every time I called my insurance company so I checked around and Bibi replied..no ai..every time I call I get a person..I used to live in the same town as my agent 20+ years ago and I'd go talk to him,bring him treats..I can't stand so and I hoped to find a company that I could talk to a real person..I did with state farm..Bibi has been so nice and so helpful,so I'm glad I switched..I can only be loyal to a certain point..my old insurance company changed people so often it was hard to keep track..I hope Bibi stays..even if Bibi isn't there the other people are very nice too..thanks for recruiting me Bibi!!"

"I’ve been with Eric Bielinski’s State Farm office long enough that this is basically a family tradition at this point. I’m a second-generation customer, and they’ve taken care of my family for years like we’re more than just policy numbers in a system.
Any time I call, they actually know who I am, they explain things in normal human language, and they make insurance feel way less painful than it has any right to be. Whether it’s questions, changes, or “hey I did something dumb with a vehicle again,” they handle it quickly and professionally without making me feel like an idiot.
Great prices, great service, and genuinely good people. I trust them, and that’s not something I say lightly when it comes to money and cars.
